Hello, I have recently upgraded to Windows 7 and I play Halo ii Vista.
- I played Halo 2 Vista this morning and it worked well as it would in my older Bone Windows Vista. Only when I get back home later I get this bulletin when I offset the game.
- LIVE gaming on Windows failed to initialize. Mayhap it's because an another Live Gaming on Windows application (for instance the dedicated server Halo 2) is running on the same reckoner. Otherwise, reinstall the game may fix this problem.
- I've never touched my computer since I came dorsum from the game Halo 3 of my friends firm. This was from 09:30 - 20:00 now information technology comes up with the error.
- I uninstalled three times, changed several times compatibility, installed the Alive update manually and just update by itself.

I don't want to play this game as a multiplayer online, I merely want to play the entrada solo way.

The only way I found to play the game after installation of Windows vii was to disconnect the internet cable before you choose the game to play later game starts to reconnect the cablevision... weird but it works...
It worked for me! I pulled the ability cord from the modem before starting the game. He starts without a problem. Afterwards information technology starts, I plugged the modem in. I don't know if the Gaming Live runs from there, but at least I can play in campaign style (which is what I wanted to do anyway).
